Nerva is an evidence-supported program for gut-brain disorders like IBS, that helps you manage symptoms like abdominal pain, bloating and unpredictable bowel habits. Delivered as a self-guided six-week program combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBT-informed coaching and breathing techniques, it works by calming the gut-brain connection behind IBS symptoms, which can be triggered or worsened by stress. Brain-gut behavioral therapies have strong clinical evidence and are recommended by leading gastroenterology organisations.1 Nerva is research-backed and active in ongoing research, most recently partnering with Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai and Monash University.
